Not open to join this week. F3 Tucson locations has the next date. The schedule below is what the organizer published, not a session you can walk into now.

F3 Tucson says workouts are free, $0, outdoors, and open to men of any fitness level. There is no membership. Show up on time and follow the workout. The locations page lists several sites. This card keeps the sites that are not in Vail. Vail is omitted: The Union at Cienega High School, Nevermore at Empire High School, and The Bluff at 10335 S High Bluff Dr. The backblasts page, checked October 5, 2026, showed posts through May 14, 2026 and none later. Do not treat a workout this week as confirmed.

As listed: The Furnace, Monday 5:30–6:15 a.m. Murph-focused and Saturday 6:00–7:00 a.m., Himmel Park, 1000 N Tucson Blvd. Eagle’s Nest, Saturday 6:00–7:00 a.m., Purple Heart Park, 9800 E. Rita Rd. The Trenches, Wednesday 5:30–6:15 a.m. run/ruck, Brandi Fenton Memorial Park, 3482 E River Rd. There is no single map pin. Vail sites are not on this card.

Men of any fitness level. Newcomers look for a USA shovel flag.

Next workout this week is not confirmed. The newest backblast found on October 5, 2026 was dated May 14, 2026. The locations page still lists the AOs and the home page still says workouts are free. That is not a confirmation that anyone is meeting this week. Vail, Cienega, and Empire are omitted. There is no single pin.

How to join

If a current post says the workout is on, show up on time at one listed site and introduce yourself. Do not go this week on the locations page alone.
