The City of Scottsdale says its conservancy partner offers guided hikes, rides, and education programs through October, and that guided hikes resume in October. Each outing is its own trailhead. This is not a weekly club with one meeting spot.
The Fraesfield trailhead page listed a free ride on October 18, 2026, 8:00–11:00 a.m., and a free moderate hike on October 23, 2026, 8:00–11:00 a.m., both at 13400 E Rio Verde Dr. Other October outings use other trailheads. RSVP on that event.
The October 23 hike is described as moderate. The October 18 ride asks for intermediate bike skills. Read the event before you go.
The map pin is only Fraesfield. A public calendar also showed an October 6 bird walk and an October 31 introductory hike at other trailheads. Private Summit Society hikes are a separate members’ offer and are not this listing.
How to join
Pick one posted outing and RSVP. Do not go to Fraesfield for a hike that lists a different trailhead.
