San Francisco FrontRunners is an LGBTQIA+ community and allies club for all ages and abilities, runners and walkers. Tuesday is 6:30 PM PDT at the SF Ferry Building under the clock tower. Thursday is 6:30 PM PDT outside Fitness SF Castro at Market St and Noe St. Saturday is 9:00 AM PDT at the Blue Heron Lake Picnic Area near the Blue Heron Lake Boathouse in Golden Gate Park. Rain or shine. Post-run dinner or brunch is common and optional. No fee is listed for the weekly runs. After a few visits the club asks people to support with a membership. Show up, introduce yourself at the start. Optional Instagram @sffrontrunners.

No bag drop on Tuesday or Thursday. Saturday bag drop is generally available if you arrive by about 8:50 AM. Membership is encouraged after a few visits but is not required for the first weekly runs. Do not call the weekly runs Free. No fee is listed.
