Frontrunners Phoenix is an LGBTQ+ running and walking club. The club page says the winter Saturday schedule is the current one, through March 28, at Papago Park. Tuesday is a separate downtown hour. Thursday meets in Tempe and is listed on that city’s page, not here.

Saturday winter meet is 8:00 a.m. at the north end of the Phoenix Zoo parking lot, 455 N Galvin Pkwy, for about an hour. Routes are about 3 to 6 miles, with a 2 to 2.5 mile walk. Tuesday is 6:00 p.m. at Margaret T. Hance Park, 67 W Culver St, until the page’s March 31 time change to 6:30 p.m.

All running and walking abilities. The club is an LGBTQ+ community and welcoming to newcomers.

Do not use the summer Central Avenue start, 5757 N Central Ave at 7:00 a.m. The page says that schedule is about April to October and that the club is currently on the winter Papago schedule. The map pin is the Saturday lot, not Hance Park.
