Yoga Social, a Denver nonprofit, lists a Sunday yoga class at The Spot Denver followed by time to climb. The class is donation-based. The listing says select Sundays, not every Sunday, from October 2026 through April 2027.

12:00–1:00 p.m. at The Spot Denver. Advance registration is recommended. October 4, 2026 was not printed as one of the class dates.

All levels. No yoga or climbing experience required for the yoga. Spot members and staff are listed as free, with an optional donation.

The organizer page is a signup shell and did not print the Sunday grid when it was read. The schedule and donation come from Yoga Social’s weekly listing. A different October 4 listing was a sound bath at Washington Park, not this class.

How to join

Register on the Yoga Social page before you go. Do not assume this Sunday is a class. A mat rental is listed at $5 if you need one.
