Runners Roost Central Park

The Central Park Runners Roost meets on Monday evenings at the store. The shop page does not print a distance. The club’s Facebook about line describes a relaxed 5K around Central Park, then snacks.

Meet at the store at 5:45 p.m. The October 2026 calendar lists October 5, 12, 19, and 26. Week-by-week notes are in the Facebook group.

The Facebook about line calls it a relaxed run. The store page does not print an ability rule.

The 5K distance is on the Facebook group’s about text, not on the store page. Other Roost clubs meet in Aurora, Lakewood, Golden, and other towns. Those are not this listing.
