Denver Trail Runners has met for trail runs since 2000. The club is free and says every pace can come. Most runs are in the foothills west and southwest of the city, not on a Denver park path. You need the weekly post before you drive.

Tuesday is a mellow run at Deer Creek, about an hour. The site does not print a street address for that lot. Thursday starts at 6:15 p.m. and the trailhead changes with weather. Sunday mornings are longer, often 7:00 or 8:00 a.m., and the location is posted each week. Thursday often ends with dinner nearby.

All paces. Newer runners are asked to bring a map and say if the trail is new to them.

The about page says most runs are around Morrison, Golden, Evergreen, and southwest Littleton. Those towns are not Denver. No single trailhead for October 3, 2026 was printed on the weekly-runs page.

How to join

Join the Facebook group or the Google Group email list and read the current location. Do not pick a Denver trailhead and assume the club is there.
