Denver Athletics hosts Cerebral Run Club for a run or walk, then discounted beers. The club page names Monday at the Congress Park taproom, year-round, and Wednesday at the West Highland taproom. Thursday is described as a run in Aurora.

Monday is a casual run around City Park from the Congress Park taproom, 1477 Monroe St. Wednesday is an easy run around Rocky Mountain Lake Park, or a summer track workout at Denver North High School, from 3257 Lowell Blvd. The club page does not print a start time.

All abilities. You pick the distance and pace.

Westword on April 8, 2026 said 6:00 p.m. for both Denver taprooms, and said the Wednesday run is March through November. That hour is not on the organizer page, so it is not shown here as the start time. Thursday is a 4-mile run in Aurora, and the same block then names the West Highland taproom. Do not treat Thursday as a Denver start. The map pin is the Congress Park taproom only.

How to join

The club says to show up for miles and beers. Do not assume 6:00 p.m. Check Strava or the taproom the day you go, because the club page never prints the hour.
